During the month of November, Woodhaven Presbyterian Church is offering free yoga classes to support Veterans and show appreciation for their service to our country.
Classes are held:
Mondays at 10:30-11:15am – Chair Yoga
Chair Yoga classes will offer stretching and movement for those who need a gentler class while seated. [Wear comfortable loose-fitting clothes. You may bring a water bottle, and towel or yoga blanket.]
Thursdays at 4:30-5:30pm – Beginners Yoga
Beginners Yoga will incorporate stretching and movements for the whole body, breathing techniques, balance work, core work, and learning basic yoga poses. [Wear comfortable loose-fitting clothing. Bring a yoga mat, water bottle, and towel or yoga blanket.]
