Calling all Trivia Lovers!  Come test your skills in the Celebrate Irving: Irving Trivia: The City and The Man!

Why is IRVING called Irving? Do you know? It is commonly accepted that Irving was named for the famed American writer Washington Irving, a favorite of one founder's wife. But did you know that Washington Irving wrote under several pseudonyms? We could be living in a burg named for Launcelot Langstaff or Diedrich Knickerbocker (among others)! If this kind of information delights you - why not enter a team (or come as an individual) and participate in Irving Trivia - The City and The Man?
The event is held as part of our annual Celebrating Irving: The City and The Man program.
  • Saturday, April 6 at 10 a.m.
  • West Irving Library
  • 4444 W. Rochelle Rd.
Email: Irvingheritage@gmail.com or call 972-721-2655 for more information on forming a team and a team application.
